Enjoying a nice glass of wine while watching a beautiful Hawaiian sunset from some of the most prime Diamond Head real estate is something most people can only dream of. Being able to sit out on a veranda and watch as the sun bobs below the horizon is quite a sight to see. This is because sunsets in the islands are especially beautiful, not just because of the picturesque landscape, but also the wonderful hues of orange, red, and pink that fill the skies even after the sun has long passed under the horizon.

Sharing a bottle of wine with someone while watching the intriguing spectacle is even better. Imagine being able to sit in comfortable lounge chairs with the waning sun in the distance and a special glass of wine to toast to. Honolulu has several wine specialty stores that provide exceptional selection and are within a short distance from Diamond Head homes. Some of the more popular shops include Fujioka’s Wine Times, Vintage Wine Seller, and Tamura’s Fine Wine & Liquors. Not only are these stores reasonably priced but also can be reached by a brisk walk or five-minute drive. For wine purchases out of normal store hours, grocery chains like Safeway, Times, and Foodland also have good selection.
