Each batch will produce 3 gallons, which will yield 24 bottles of the 375ml size. |

DESSERT WINES
|
| • Cream Sherry “A rich, smooth, luscious mouth-feel with flavours of almonds and dried fruits.” *Serve at a cool room temperature with cakes, sweet buns and trifle. |
| • Dry Sherry “A crisp full-flavoured dry Sherry with a nutty, dried fruit character.” *Serve chilled with consommés and full-flavoured cheeses. |
| • Icewine Riesling “A world renowned dessert wine with intense aromas and flavours of honey, peach, sweet citrus, and marmalade.” *Serve chilled with fruit based desserts or pate. |
| • Port “Rich and warm with flavours of fig, plum and chocolate makes this bold distinctive dessert wine .” *A great accompaniment to blue cheese and walnuts. |

FRUITS WINES

| • Blackberry Cabernet “Cabernet’s natural rich black fruit character enhanced by the zing of fresh ripe blackberries.” *A great refreshing barbecue red. |
| • Black Raspberry Merlot “The trendy Merlots fruit forward style accented by luscious black raspberries.” *Serve with opened faced primerib sandwiches. |
| • Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel “A fabulous blend of passionfruit and fresh ripe berries with the natural fruit forward style of white Zinfandel makes this wine truly exciting.” *Great with barbecue chicken. |
