Our Dessert and Fruit Wines are listed below:
Each batch will produce 3 gallons, which will yield 24 bottles of the 375ml size.
DESSERT WINES
Cream Sherry

Dry Sherry

Icewine Riesling
“A world renowned dessert wine with intense aromas and flavours of honey, peach, sweet citrus, and marmalade.”
*Serve chilled with fruit based desserts or pate.
Port
“Rich and warm with flavours of fig, plum and chocolate makes this bold distinctive dessert wine .”
*A great accompaniment to blue cheese and walnuts.
FRUITS WINES
Blackberry Cabernet
“Cabernet’s natural rich black fruit character enhanced by the zing of fresh ripe blackberries.”
*A great refreshing barbecue red.
Black Raspberry Merlot

*Serve with opened faced primerib sandwiches.
Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel

Green Apple Riesling
