ESTATE SERIES –WHITE WINES |

Series New Zealand Malborough Sauvignon Blanc “A complex white wine with beguiling aromas of gooseberry, herbs, pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus, lime-leaf, tropical fruit, and passion fruit. Long, rich flavors, redolent with grass and currant leaves, and a crisp dry finish.“ *Serve with oysters, scallops, salmon, spicy food, asparagus, herbed roast chicken and crab. |

Series –Oregon Yamhill County Pinot Gris “Pinot Gris is a mutation of the famous red grape, Pinot Noir. The grapes range in color from greyish-blue to light pink, making fabulous white wines that are lush and softly perfumed yet have more body than other whites. This is a delicately balanced wine with 'fat' mouth-filling texture leading to aromas of honey and apples.“ *Pair with pasta in pesto, shellfish in cream sauce or salmon in beurre blanc, or creamy cheeses with fresh fruits. |

Series –Washington Columbia Valley Riesling “A fresh, exciting Riesling with floral aromas. Ripe peaches and apricots fill the mouth of this medium-bodied white wine. Lightly enhanced by Susse Reserve for added fruitiness and a touch of sweetness.” *Serve with seafood and grilled chicken. |

Series –Sonoma Dry Creek Valley Unwooded Chardonnay “Our Sonoma Dry Creek Valley Unwooded Chardonnay is a fresh, well-balanced with with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical citrus aromas and flavors. Unusual in a Chardonnay, these flavors shine through undimmed by oak: while some wines use the vanilla and smoke of oaking to add structure and depth, the fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to come through, and the rich round mouthful lingers to a long, crisp finish.“ *Pair with a bold flavor and mouth filling fruit, it will complement almost any meal, including grilled chicken, fresh salmon, lobster, or pasta with cream sauces. |
WHITE WINES |
| • California Trinity White “A unique blend of Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, combining lemon and grapefruit aromas with rounded fruit, redolent of melons and fresh figs to complete this crisp refreshing medium-bodied white.” *Serve with grilled or poached chicken or fish. |
| • Chardonnay/Semillon “An interesting blend of classic Chardonnay; giving the wine structure, complexity and depth; and Semillon; giving the wine body and character. A dry medium-bodied wine with a good balance of fruit and oak.” *Serve with roasted chicken and turkey. |
| • Gewurztraminer “A very distinctive white wine with exotic, spicy, almost perfumed characteristics. Flavours of lychees and rose water in a refreshing light to medium body style.” *Excellent with spicy foods. |

| • Piesporter “A soft, easy drinking white wine with delicate aromas and flavours of apple, pear, honey and elderflowers.” *A great sipping wine or with your favorite gourmet sandwich. |
| • Symphony “Symphony is a white grape that defies tradition and convention. It is a crossing of two French grapes: Muscat of Alexandria, a white grape of intensely aromatic, 'grapey' character, and Grenache Gris, a red grape with bold fruity aromas and zesty acidity. The resulting wine has incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya.“ *Serve with spicy foods like Szechwan or even Mexican. It's also great with sliced mango and papaya. |
